Refund policy

SEAM RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

 

At SEAM, we offer exchanges or store credit only. Refunds are not available.

 

1. FOR ORDERS WITHIN LEBANON

 

 Request Window

Notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order to request an exchange/store credit.

Eligible Exchanges

Exchange for:

- A different size/color

- A different product

 

 Exchange Process

1. Contact us with your Order ID and new item request.

2. If approved, we will arrange to pick up the original item and deliver the new one.

3. Return shipping fees apply (based on courier rates).

 

Store Credit Process

1. Store credit is issued after we receive and inspect the return.

2. Credit will be added to your account within 5 working days.

 

2. FOR ORDERS OUTSIDE LEBANON

Request store credit within 72 hours of delivery.

Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

- Return shipping fees

- Handling/customs duties (if applicable)

 

 Return Shipping Deadline

Ship the item to us within 15 days of approval. Late returns will be refused.

 

How to Return

1. Contact us with your Order ID.

2. We’ll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization number.

3. Pack the item securely, ensuring the Return Merchandise Authorization number is clearly visible on the outside of the package.

4. Ship the item to:

Return Conditions

- Items must be unworn, tagged, and in original condition.

- SEAM is not responsible for lost or damaged return parcels.

- Parcels missing customer details (Order ID, RMA number, etc.) will be refused.

FAULTY ITEMS

Notify us within 7 days of delivery if you receive a faulty or damaged item. Email sales@shop-seam.com with:

- Order ID

- Clear photo of the issue

If approved, we will gladly arrange an exchange for the faulty product.
