1. Overview

Orders constitute an offer to purchase. Shipment Confirmation Email signifies acceptance. We may reject orders due to errors (e.g., pricing) and will notify you to resubmit.

6. Order Refusals & Limitations
SEAM may refuse orders for:
• Suspected fraud or misuse
• Incorrect billing/shipping details
• Pricing errors or stock unavailability
7. Damaged Items
Notify us within 2 business days of receiving damaged or faulty items for an exchange.
8. Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit
• Exchange or store credit only (no cash refunds).
• Items must be unworn, unaltered, with tags attached.
• SEAM may deny non-compliant returns.
• SEAM is not responsible for return parcels lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.
• Returns without sufficient identification (e.g., name, order number, and tracking number) may be refused.
• Note: Gift cards and sale items are non-returnable.

9. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel within 48 hours if order hasn’t been shipped for store credit.
10. Bank Disputes
Contact SEAM before initiating a bank dispute. Failure to do so waives reimbursement rights.
11. Delivery Timeframes & Pricing
• Delivery times vary by season/location. Tracking via DHL Express will be provided once your order ships.
• SEAM is not responsible for carrier delays or unforeseen events (e.g., customs, natural disasters).
• Pricing: SEAM may adjust prices at any time, but accepted orders (via Shipment Confirmation) will not incur price changes, even if website prices update.
12. Payments
• SEAM is not liable for payment gateway errors (e.g., Hyperpay).
• We may request billing verification before processing.
13. Gift Cards
Redeemable only on SEAM’s website.
14. Copyright & Intellectual Property
All site content (text, images, logos) is SEAM’s property. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
